Crafted In Honor Start designing

Personalized retirement certificates

The best retirement gifts look like the career they honor. A union carpenter’s certificate with his leather tool belt in the border. A railroader’s with the trestle he crossed for thirty years. Describe the person and their work, and the artwork is painted around it.

Then type the wording yourself — their name, years of service, a line from the crew — and print it, or turn the same design into a pattern to burn into wood.

Ideas to start from

Tap an idea to open it in the designer, then add their name and anything personal. Every idea is a starting point — change any of it.

How it works

  1. Describe them. Who they are, the occasion, what they love — or pick an idea below and add their name.
  2. AI paints the artwork. Made for that person, with an open space for the words. Choose a printable certificate or a wood-burning pattern.
  3. Make the words exact. Type the name, wording, dates and signatures; pick lettering and colors. Then save a print-ready PDF.

Your designs are saved to your account, so you can come back to them on any device.

Questions

What if their job isn’t listed?

Just describe it. The ideas are starting points; the AI designs from whatever you write, so “retiring after 31 years as a grain elevator operator who loves walleye fishing” works just as well.

Do I need design skills?

No. Describe the person and the occasion in your own words, or start from one of the ideas on this page. The AI paints artwork made for them and lays out the page; you type the exact wording and pick lettering and colors. Every change shows on the design as you make it.

Can I fix the wording after the artwork is made?

Yes, as often as you like. The words are set in real fonts on top of the artwork, so changing a name, a date, the wording, the lettering style or the colors never redraws the artwork.

How do I print it?

Export a print-ready PDF sized for US Letter, A4 or 11×17. On an iPhone you can save it to Files, print it or mail it straight from the share sheet.
